Landorkhori Forest Park, a wilderness area spread over 167.49 acres has been constituted with the thought of facilitating jalgaonkar's to reconnect themselves with the nature located amid the the large forest land Landorkhori - Mehrun Tala, this slice of forest land is home to about 180 species of birds & is a veritable haven for other biodiversity including reptiles also mammals.

To add value to the existing wood lands & green lands of this park, the forest Department of Jalgaon Forest Division crested various Avenues walking/jogging track, cycling tracks, sit-out area, several themed gardens, yoga space and importantly clean & hygienic restroom infrastructure and drinking water facilities for people to make maximum use of the Landorkhori Forest Park .
Access to wilderness areas has a wild range of benifits for individuals as it offers physical recreation and mental rejuvenation and therefore has a direct bearing on the ever rising health issues due to an increasing disconnect with wild nature which is usually observed in city.
At the Landorkhori Forest park we encourage the citizens of Jalgaon to reconnect with nature rejuvenate themselves from the dull and tiring routine of the city life, collectively usher a new paradigm that underlines the simple and obvious connections between nature and every individual's and social health.
